How do your consulting sessions work?
Sessions are conducted via video call (Zoom or Google Meet) or in person in Dubai. Before each session, I send a questionnaire to understand your situation. After each session, I provide written notes and action points within 24 hours.
Can you review a development agency’s proposal for me?
Yes, this is one of the most valuable things I do. I review proposals, project specifications, and contracts from development agencies and provide an independent assessment of whether the scope is correct, the price is fair, and the technical approach is sound.
Do you provide ongoing advisory or just one-off sessions?
Both. Many clients start with a one-off session and then move to a monthly retainer once they see the value. Others use me purely for specific decisions — a technology choice, a hiring decision, or an investment evaluation.
